This unit has been divided into two videos. Each video will cover grammar, vocabulary and/or the different parts of the exam. At the end of each video, you will be given certain tasks to complete in the digital book. There are other tasks in which you will have to write your answers and send them to your teacher for correction. This unit should take about two weeks to complete, and you will have the option of a 30-minute video call with your teacher at the end of the unit to practise the speaking part and ask any questions you may have about the unit. This unit is called “High Adventure”, and as the title suggests, we will look at different hobbies and leisure activities. We will start the first lesson of this unit with some grammar. We will look at gerunds and infinitives, this can be a little bit difficult, so you will find some examples of verbs + gerunds and verbs + infinitives. We will also look at some linking words and practise a listening part. The second lesson will offer some useful collocations and vocabulary. We will then do some more parts of the exam; Reading part 6, UOE part 4, and Listening part 4.
