This unit has been divided into three videos. Each video will cover grammar, vocabulary and/or the different parts of the exam. At the end of each video, you will be given certain tasks to complete in the digital book. There are other tasks in which you will have to write your answers and send them to your teacher for correction. This unit should take about two weeks to complete, and you will have a 30-minute video call with your teacher to practise the speaking part and ask any questions you may have about the unit. This unit is called “A healthy lifestyle”, and is about our health, so the first part of the lesson will give you some vocabulary related to ailments. We will then look at some more dependent prepositions and finally, some linking words to show contrast.
In the second lesson, we will look at some different ways to make comparisons. This will tie in nicely with Speaking part 2.
As always, the third lesson will focus on the exam. In this lesson, we will practise Listening part 3, Reading part 8, UOE part 3, and then Writing part 2. It is important to go to the relevant pages of the digital book to practise each part of the exam and the writing needs to be sent to your teacher.
