This unit has been divided into three 20-minute videos. Each video will cover grammar, vocabulary and/or the different parts of the exam. At the end of each video, you will be given certain tasks to complete in the digital book. There are other tasks in which you will have to write your answers and send them to your teacher for correction. This unit should take about two weeks to complete, and you will have a 30-minute video call with your teacher each week to practise the speaking part and ask any questions you may have about the unit. This unit is called “Getting around”, and it focuses on travel and how we get from one place to another! The first lesson will look at vocabulary for weather, and then you will learn about adverbs of degree. These are adverbs such as really, very and fairly. We will also see too & enough. The second lesson of this unit will introduce the future. There are different ways to talk about the future, and here we will look at some of these. We will also look at some compound nouns. The final lesson will be based on the exam. In this lesson, we will look at Reading part 1, Listening part 4, Speaking part 2, and Writing part 1.
