This unit has been divided into three videos. Each video will cover grammar, vocabulary and/or the different parts of the exam. At the end of each video, you will be given certain tasks to complete in the digital book. There are other tasks in which you will have to write your answers and send them to your teacher for correction. This unit should take about two weeks to complete, and you will have a 30-minute video call with your teacher to practise the speaking part and ask any questions you may have about the unit. This unit is called “Globetrotters”, and is all about travelling. The first lesson will introduce the topic of travelling with some vocabulary. We will then review the conditionals and cover the mixed conditionals.
In the second lesson, we will continue with the grammar topic of the conditionals. Here, we will look at wish and if only, as well as inverted conditionals. This is something extra which can definitely take your language up a notch. You will also get some phrasal verbs to talk about travelling.
As always, the third lesson will focus on the exam. In this lesson, we will practise Listening part 1, Reading part 5, UOE part 2, Speaking part 1, and then Writing part 2. It is important to go to the relevant pages of the digital book to practise each part of the exam and the writing needs to be sent to your teacher.
