This unit has been divided into three videos. Each video will cover grammar, vocabulary and/or the different parts of the exam. At the end of each video, you will be given certain tasks to complete in the digital book. There are other tasks in which you will have to write your answers and send them to your teacher for correction. This unit should take about two weeks to complete, and you will have a 30-minute video call with your teacher to practise the speaking part and ask any questions you may have about the unit. This unit is called “Our Planet”, and is all about the natural world. Therefore, we will start the lessons with some useful adjectives to describe different natural settings. We will then work through some dependent prepositions and finally nouns and articles.
In the second lesson, we will look at how words are formed. You will then be introduced to inversions.
As always, the third lesson will focus on the exam. In this lesson, we will practise Listening part 2, Reading part 7, Speaking part 3, and then Writing part 2. It is important to go to the relevant pages of the digital book to practise each part of the exam and the writing needs to be sent to your teacher.
